History

 

The Plymouth Barracuda is a two-door car that was manufactured by the Plymouth division of the Chrysler Corporation from 1964–1974. The 1970–1974 E-body Barracuda. no longer Valiant-based. was available as a coupe and a convertible. both of which were very different from the previous models.

 

With a new grille and single headlights and four circular taillights for 1972. the Barracuda would remain basically unchanged through 1974.

This car was born in raised in southern California. It started out life with a 318ci motor. It stayed in California until 1994. when it was purchased by a guy who lives in Michigan and restores Mopars. He stored it in his temperature controlled garage until 2005. when he decided he didn’t have time for another project. and sold it. The guy that bought it took it directly over to the restoration shop and started tearing it down. The car was finished in late 2006. and was driven only on the nicest days. The car has less than 3. 00 miles since the restoration was completed. We have the original build sheet for the car.
