You are viewing another one of my rare hand picked gems. It is a Very well maintained low mileage. 1988 Cadillac Allante convertible with the matching factory hardtop. This supremely elegant convertible features a gorgeous bright red on the exterior along with a beautiful contrasting tan Leather on the inside. With only a handfull of the very unique cars left this Allante is a special find. This Roadster/Hardtop has spent it's lifetime in Boca Raton. Florida where it appears not to have seen any rough city driving conditions and certainly not a single flake of snow. Let me take you on a personal tour of this wonderful luxury/sport convertible.

This Allante is in great shape. She is free of any dents or unsightly parking lot door dings. There is No Rust to be seen and the finish just shines. The sumptuous interior is in pretty darn good condition as well.

All of the buttons and switchgear work and are in tact. Of course this fine car was owned by a non-smoker. neither the ashtray nor the cigarette lighter has ever been used! This exceptional Cadillac drives superbly. equipped with a powerful 4. 1 l V 8 engine. this unique motorcar will provide you with all the power you will ever need. Along with a silky smooth automatic transmission. this Allante is an absolute pleasure to drive. Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 1 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction.

All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Cash (In Person). certified check. bank transfer. or 3 rd-party financing.

We are an internet based Independent Automotive dealer licensed in the state of Florida. We do conduct business around world (out of state and global customers are welcome) Therefor all transactions may vary so please read completely.

All transaction must be secured by a $500-$1000. 00 deposit via Paypal immediately after auction close or offer accepted.

Any deposits not received within 24 hours of auction close will result in the optional cancellation of transaction by seller's request. and the vehicle may be relisted or sold to the next highest bidder.

Full funding of items must be in house within 5 business days. unless an approved extension is approved by George Toma. Acceptable Payment methods are a Certified/cashiers bank check. wire transfer. approved 3 rd party financing. or cash.

FLORDIA RESIDENTS: All Florida residents are responsible for paying Sales Tax of 6% of purchase price and applicable fee's. plus new tag or transfer fee's. and title transfer fee's at the time of purchase prior to delivery of all vehicles. All Florida residents will pay a small $275. 00 doc fee.

All vehicles come with a 30 day temporary tag unless transferring an existing valid plate.

Expired plates are non-transferable and must be renewed prior to transfer.

Titles are mailed to purchasers or lien holders by the state of Florida and are not handed to purchasers at time delivery.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS: All out of state buyers are responsible for paying taxes. tag. and title fee's at the rate in which state the vehicles will be registered.

Fully cleared funds must be in house prior to release of vehicles from our premises. All out of state buyers will pay a small $275. 00 doc fee.

This will provide a 30 day temporary tag which will allow buyers ample time to register their vehicle in their home town.

An additional 30 day temporary tag may be issued in certain circumstances. All titles will be held a minimum of 3 days after cleared funds with a possibility of up to 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS / EXPORTS: Buyers from all Countries are welcome. We have a vast experience in the exportation of automobiles' and are happy to assist in anyway.

All International buyers will pay a $275. 00 doc fee.

Cleared funds must be in house for 3 business day prior to release of vehicles and tiles.

All International buyers are responsible for paying any and all import/export taxes duties. tariffs. registration fees. or any charges incurred in the process.

Buyers are also responsible for any clearance forms. or recall documents required. Vehicle inspection are gladly welcomed by third party companies at our premises any time prior to auction end. INSPECTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO AUCTION END.

If a pre purchase inspection by an off premises company is requested a $1000. 00 dollar non-refundable deposit is required. and I will happily bring the vehicle in question to a facility of you choosing.

All inspections are paid by the buyer.
