For sale or would like to do a deal for a split bus project w. h. y. :- type 182 VW Trekker Civilian model. actory right hand drive.
Selling my Trekker after 9 yrs as I feel the need to do another project. I spent a long while restoring this car and have lots of good memories with it but I would like to move on to a new project.
It Is a really fun car built in 1975. Drive it in the sun with the windscreen folded down and the doors off or drive it in the winter with the windows in and the heat exchangers on.  
I have restored his car myself and there is nothing that is needed to be done to it. I have all the photos of the restoration I completed.  
Here is a short summary;_
It was a body off restoration to complete the welding etc
It has had 4 1/2 inch roof chop
It has been lowered Front and rear with the front being adjustable with sway away adjusters
Original Porsche fuchs rims 6" fronts 7"rears just been polished and painted
standard 1600 twin port engine
Standard irs rear end 1303 gearbox and rear brakes
Front converted to disc brakes
Brand new hood which has been altered to suit the roof chop
Tonneau cover
Fully waxoyled
4 Luke seat belt harnesses
Lexan side windows with sliding front sections
New master cylinder. brake lines and flexible brake lines
Working heat exchangers
