1935 Austin 12/4 Light Ascot

This is my 1935 Austin 12/4 Light Ascot. for many years it has been a static display at a local museum (19500 miles). restored there a number of years ago and now has a very nice patina to it.

Always been dry stored

Some recent spending includes - new tyres. retempered rear springs. newly rebuilt dynamo with new electronic ignition (hidden inside regulator box). all brakes relined. rear silencer 

This car starts first time and drives like a 78 year old car should. the admiration and attention she gets is amazing

I have used it for recent shows and the odd wedding and prom

I do use this car on a regular basis. and without any problems

I only have 3 sets of internal door handles/winders (1 set missing)

Chrome work is very good

Bodywork polishes up great as you can see from pictures.

Sliding sunroof and wind out windscreen

Vehicle is Tax AND Mot EXEMPT and Fully comp insurance for me and wife £63 annually with unlimited mileage (were both under 40). nbsp; cant get much better than that

Vehicle V5 is with me and in my name. number plate IS transferable

My view of this 78 year old car may be different from yours. therefore. please come view and be satisfied in your own mind. I will not remove bids placed in error as im not sure how you can go through the process and then press sumbit but then say you didn't mean too?? the vehicle does have very minor scratches etc to paintwork but nothing in my view that distracts from the attraction of this car. as I say its 78 years old and not in NEW condition. that's why I advise you view for yourself.

All electrics work. side lights. headlights. gauges etc

Very reluctant sale but funds required due to personal circumstances!! SELLING FROM FIRST BID. Clear funds only. if paying by cash money will be banked first before car is released as been hit before with fake notes. (wife will happily feed and water you. bank is 2 mins along road)
