1928 Ford Model A Standard

  1928 Model A Ford coupe. All original steel body with "original paint". Body is unmolested and

rust free. Top has been filled. Powered by a GM factory crate Fuel Injected 350 Ramjet w/

MEFI-4 controller, 700R4 auto trans, lokar shifter, 3:70 9" Ford rear end. Ice cold Vintage air and

heat. Walker radiator with electric fan and manual switch. Powder coated, boxed, and cross

reinforced custom John Heinzman frame with 4 wheel power disc brakes, 4 corner coil overs,

rack and pinion steering, front and rear sway bars. IFS front suspension with tubular A-arms and

4 Link in the rear.

The fuel tank is located on the rear of the frame. The tank has an in-tank fuel pump. Has original

bumpers, radiator cap and fuel cap. Replaced the headlights in order to drive safely at night. The

original headlights with the original lenses and the original spare tire and wheel are included

with the sale. The build has 19K trouble free miles. Drives, handles, rides great. The steering is

very firm yet very responsive . Not over sensitive. Drives and steers with one hand.

The interior is black vinyl with off white faux ostrich insets. 1940 Ford style 15" steering wheel 

with antique steering knob. Seat is adjustable. Flaming River tilt column. Very comfortable with

room behind the seat for extra storage. Headliner is black felt and tight. Windows are tinted and

operate very easily. Windshield would push out, but has been insulated to avoid wind noise.

 Engine is monitored by 6 Stewart Warner“Wing”gauges that all work properly. Interior light

operates from the original 28 gauge panel. Phone charger outlet/lighter installed. AM-FM CD

stereo system with rear speakers. Very efficient electric windshield wiper. Dual outside mirrors,

and new beveled rear view inside mirror. All lights, hi-lo beam, turn signals etc.(led

tail lights) work properly. Installed motorcycle windshield bags for arm rest and extra storage.

Work great and very functional.

  Both doors and trunk handles are new with keyed operational locks. Drivers door has stock

inside locking mechanism. The battery is located in the trunk with a power cut-off switch. Plenty

of trunk space. New heavy duty trunk lever latch. New 195/65/15front tires and new 235/75/15

rear tires. Ford center caps on black powder coated Wheel Vintique wheels.

One of a kind. Fun, fast, and and as comfortable to drive as a 1928 Ford Model A coupe can be.

Loads of positive attention. Really would drive anywhere.
