One of Only 200 Ever Produced

Of all the desirable classics of the ‘40’s. one of the rarest and most sought after is this 1941 Lincoln Continental two-door convertible with glossy black paint and a beautiful burgundy interior.   It is equipped with a period-correct flat head V-12 engine along with a “three on the tree” manual transmission and this beautiful roadster is in incredible condition.   Only 200 of these desirable beauties were produced in 1941 and only a handful are still in existence today.

 

Immaculate Overall Condition

In terms of condition. this 1941 Lincoln Continental two-door convertible in incredible both inside and out.   While the paint does reveal a few minor blemishes. everything from the leather interior to the body to the stainless steel accents are very nice and puts this beauty in a class of its own.   Additionally. the aluminum heads have been replaced with cast iron heads to prevent overheating (a problem with this model) so it is currently a solid driver as well.

 

The current owner has had this ’41 Continental for the past 19 years and it has remained parked indoors for the vast majority of that time.   Besides general maintenance. he has replaced the convertible top and all of its brackets. restored the engine bay to factory standards. and added a set of factory-styled white wall tires to stay true to its heritage.   Additionally. the body is very straight and this rare roadster definitely makes a lasting impression.
