1961 Chevrolet Nomad for sale

The Nomad is a very sought after and rare car. especially in 1961 as it was a one year only car.
The Nomad was recently finished in Tungsten Gray and It has been reassembled with care and freshly chromed original front and rear 3 piece bumpers.
The car is equipped with a low miles LS 1 automatic from a 2004 Corvette! This car runs perfectly and always stays cool. even in these Arizona temps thanks to a custom made aluminum radiator and electric fan. Vintage Air A/C in the front (not installed) and I will include parts that have been gathered to add rear A/C as well.
The Nomad rides on a full Air Ride set up and lays extremely low! It has a single compressor and tank and all systems function as they should.
The wheels are beautiful 20 x 8 and 22 x 12 Billet wheels
The dash was painted in Hot Rod red.
It is equipped with brand new Dakota Digital gauges and all have been properly wired to monitor this LS 1 swap.
4 wheel disc brakes. Lokar shifter.
The rear tires will rub at certain ride heights. I was planning to mini tub the car to alleviate this. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
Included with the sale are all the original Nomad trim.
This car needs the entire interior redone. seats. carpeting. headliner and door panel. I have purchased a new red headliner that does come with the car.
Interior is original from 1961.
The A/C needs to be installed both front and back. parts needed are:
condensor . new compressor. the old one is one the car but it's locked up.
A/C needs ducting and vintage air installed under the dash.
Vintage A/C is hot and cold.
I also have a new power steering box still in the box that needs to be installed.
The car has manual steering at this time. This car is a project that has reached 80% completion.
It does run and drives.
