1972 VW Beetle. ('Herbie') owned for 8 years. Selling due to a change in circumstances which means I don't get to drive him much anymore.
Much loved. with a new 1600cc Remtech unleaded engine in February 2012 (which came with a two year guarantee) with less than 1000 miles done on it. £10k rebuild in 2007 - respray. new floor panels. new doors. custom interior. rag top. smoothed dash (with stereo in glove box). Lots of upgrades/accessories. including rear blinds. new gear shifter. rear seat belts. earlier period bumper and pope's nose. new steering wheel. Airplane-style front seatbelts with Wolfsburg logo.
Fitted with Clifford Concept 650 alarm/immobiliser.
Tax exempt. used as a daily driver. Engine starts on key. Full service history since I took ownership.
