1968 Pontiac GTO for sale
Current customer rating:
I am selling a 1968 Pontiac GTO Judge Convertible tribute car. It is an iconic muscle car with all the right features and details. The big 400 V 8 starts right up and sounds like a true muscle car with a mild cam. 4 bbl carburetor and dual exhaust. It even sounds mean at idle with the lopey camshaft. It runs and drives great. automatic trans shifts smooth and the power steering and power brakes make driving easy. Originally a Le Mans. now has the GTO hood. grills. hideaway lights. GTO badges all around with the correct "The Judge" graphics all around. and the correct 15" rally wheels and tires. The body is in good shape with some imperfections and the Carousel Red (aka Hugger Orange) paint shines beautifully with no rust or bubbling coming through. All the trim is in good shape as well. The convertible top is in good shape overall. It does have a small split on either side but are barely noticeable and doesn't effect anything. It goes up and down with ease and locks into place as it should. The black interior is in great shape with normal wear. Has bucket seats and center console with staple shifter. Cluster has the "RALLY" Gauge.
The carpet is newer. as are the door panels and weather striping. The headlights don't open by themselves. I open them by hand. The windows go up and down nicely. and the doors open and close tight. The frame. floors and trunk pan are all in good shape. Not a perfect show or museum car. but something you can drive and enjoy. Great for cruising around town and to local car shows. Turn the key. drop the top. and cruise around listening to the sound of a real American muscle car!
This is a NO RESERVE auction. meaning the car will be sold to the highest bidder. Sold as-is. Feel free to contact me with OFFERS. QUESTIONS. or to COME SEE THE CAR in person.
