This Range rover really is a true barn find!! It has only had 3 keepers since 1976 and is in remarkably good condition. The speedo records 63000 miles. and the way the engine runs and the wear on pedals and seats would suggest that to be correct. t currently has no mot but is solid all roun. with just one thumb sized hole in the boot corner. the paintwork is attrocious!! but underneath the original green paint is visible. I have the old style log book and the numberplate has been valued at £1000. 00. the interior is in good condition and the headlining ha been replaced with a fiberglass replacement. the overdrive works well and there doesn't appear to be any mechanical issues with the rest of the transmission. This is a VERY rare chance to acquire a true piece of motoring heritage it will drive onto a trailer but currently the brakes need bleeding. a minor issue. also it has power steering fitted professionally.
The reserve price has been set to its lowest book value and it is advertised elsewhere so may be removed. ny viewing welcomed. and i can arrange delivery at cost to the purchaser. Paypal deposit on the fall of the hammer please of £100. 00 non refundable.
In summary. with very little work this vehicle could be on the road as a rolling restoration and worth upwards of £5 k easily
