Take at look at this little lady- "Sunny" She is a Beautiful 1972 "Bull nose" Jeep Commando 4 X 4. Original 258 AMC Inline 6 engine. 3 speed manual transmission 4 WD w/locking hubs. Power steering. and Brakes great. She was found in Palm Springs California and was sitting in a garage covered with a blanket. She was loved for many years by her previous owner. and I was told she was driven to the golf course and weekends and never left California. She was neighbors with Bob Hope. and who knows he may have even gone to the golf course in Sunny. (Wouldn't that be neat to find a picture of that?) After the owner past away his granddaughter inherited the Commando and kept her for another 15 years. At some point the Commando was painted. A new top replace the old one. Still has the roll bar inside. New leather interior front and back seats. fully carpeted with thick padding. Door side panels and dash all matching buck stitch.

Extra cover made to fit the gas tank hose in back. lots of extra perks. Low miles on the new wheels and yokohama tires. The Jeep isn't raised but feels high w/newer wheels and tires. Rust free body and lower sides. There was no expense spared on this classic Jeep.
The Jeep Commando C 104 was produced for two years until it was completely phased out in 1973. bringing the total number produced to 20. 23. These Jeep Commandos are becoming harder to find in Rust free condition. If you have ever wanted one or are looking. You better take a better look at this one.
