Welcome to my auction of my 1972 super beetle.

Unfortunately due to circumstances I have to. with regret to let my beloved "Beastie" move on.

There has been a lot of work carried out with the car and all is accounted for in VW receipts (carried out by VW specialists)
This car is not for the faint hearted as it draws a lot of attention out and about. due to the black/holographic metal flake paint work.
The car is taxed until the end of the year. although it is tax exempt and Mot until April 2014. the mileage is 44545.
I have recently changed the seat covers for the original seats. front and back.
I had bought towel rail bumpers and a headliner but didn't get round to fitting them. these will also be included in the sale.
There is also a large selection of spares (some new. some used) but all suitable and are included with the sale.
There are a couple jobs that don't need doing but would benefit the car. these are:

Replacement glove box lock (as it broke recently and I never had time to fix)
Small tears as seen in picture (hence the spare headliner included. bought but never fitted)
Dent in lower corner of the bonnet as seen in picture

Please remember that it is not a new car and that there will always be signs of aging and general wear and tear. saying that it has been 100% improved from when I bought her.

Sad to see her go but its time for someone else to enjoy her as much as I have over the years.

Forgot to mention that the drivers side window is a little temperamental but I have purchased a new window mechanism and this is included in the sale. Also has alloy wheels. If I remember anything else I will post in the description.
