Three owner . Arizona. 1962 Austin Healey BT 7 2+2 Roadster. This is a nice 90% restored car. with no rust. All sheet metal and floor panels original factory. some body putty was used to smooth out but not to fill rust or any holes. The car has the original 6 cylinder engine (rebuilt with documentation) (AEC 881) with factory Triple HS-4 carbs that were also rebuilt.
Less than 600 miles since engine rebuild. total vehicle miles 75. 00. The Healey has a factory 4 speed (29-R-4) transmission with working electric overdrive. All the electrical is in good working order. The Smith gauges and Tachometer work as well as the heater. This Healey runs and drives well with no mechanical issues. The paint and interior have been completely redone and are in immaculate condition. The chrome and bright work are in great shape. Brand new top. new carpeting. extra interior vinyl included.
This engine rebuild includes a new camshaft. balanced crankshaft. pistons. rings. push rods. valves. bearings. oil pump. gaskets. and seals. just to mention the major items.
The drive shaft has been balanced.
There is a new radiator and fan. and the carburetors have been rebuilt and properly adjusted.
All work has been documented & documentation. all pictures. & receipts as well as workshop manual will be included with sale.
This car has been in my collection since 1982.
