car registered new on 8/2/1982.

i bought this car in dijon france from the 3 rd owner.

the car is showing just over 7000 kms which i cannot verify or claim to be correct as i dont have any previous paperwork or history so it is up to you to make your mind up on that . the car is beautiful in its original champagne gold metallic paint and is complemented more so by the 131 sport/racing grille and arches with uk spec rhd dipped lights.

the highlight of this car apart from its overall condition has to be the interior.

the interior is absolutely gorgeous due to the like new condition of the seats and door cards.

the gold head cloth is sagging a little but the" genuine n. o. s. fiat " drawing pins hold it up adaquately.

a friend of mine who eats sleeps and drinks fiat 131 s has researched 131 velour and trim and according to sales brochures from the time. this chequer cloth was not a 131 option so appears to have been specially ordered by the first owner.

the only model this appeared on. according to him . was a special edition fiat 127 . as always on this delicate matter of presuming to know a little about a certain aspect of a certain model . i stand to be corrected which i am sure i will be ) . from owning this car. it has been garaged and kept away from rain and damp weather and only taxed for 6 summer months of the year.

it has never been to a show or vintage car rally. it has the correct numberplate holder. a pair of genuine door mirrors and the original fiat window stickers. the inside of the boot is as good as the outside of the car but due to only being allowed 12 photos i picked the best overall shots of the car.

the engine bay is perfect and original and has ziebart runs from the outter wings to the inner wings. the jacking points are like new. the floor is like new. no signs or need for welding anywhere on the car anywhere.

it appears to have had a very cosy well cared for life thanks to its previous owners alike.
