1976 Porsche 930 for sale

IMPORTANT! This car has an Indiana DMV assigned VIN.
The factory VIN and serials have been removed from all places including engine and trans. bonnet and behind passenger dash knee pad.
This is the reason for the pricing.
I titled the car in VA as a 1976 Porsche 930 (as it was titled in MD when I bought it 12 years ago on e Bay) and it is now titled in FL the same way.
In attempting to research the history I received docs from the Indiana BMV that offer no explanation as to why the VIN was assigned. It shows the car titled in 1997 with clear title and actual miles of 30. 10. The prior owner info is redacted.
They show a prior title number but have no prior records because they delete microfilm records after 10 years.

Platinum Metallic (code 944) with black leather interior. Runs great. CLEAN TITLE as 1976 Porsche 930 with Indiana state assigned serial number (MVIN 155732 IND).
Classic first year US market Turbo Carrera. with modern reliability and performance (400 hp) modifications. including suspension (by Ed Farmer out of Indianapolis). brakes and wheels.
Actual mileage unknown.
It has a 1976 3. 0 turbo engine. and 4 speed from a 1976 930.
This was noted by PCA 911 turbo technical specialist Lou Verdiales at the SPC Region Turbo Mayhem event in 2015.
But you cannot verify by serial numbers. They are defaced.
The following upgrades have been performed: K 27 quick spool turbo. Garretson Intercooler. 1979 Turbo whale tail to accommodate the intercooler. Billet wastegate w/one bar spring. GHL Stainless header and exhaust system with heater boxes. GHL Stainless muffler. Porsche factory 4-piston front brake calipers and rotors. stainless braided brake lines. Carrera chain tensioner. Weltmeister 22 mm and 23 mm torsion bars. 17″ Fuchs-style wheels w/Kumho Ecsta Supra tires (255/40/ZR 17 rear and 205/50/ZR 17 front). period correct MOMO steering wheel. H 4 headlight upgrade. Alpine CD with w/4 speakers and 1/4″ aux external connector. AC compressor and supporting components removed. A fast. fun car that is light. nimble. noisy and fast. Original AC parts. Turbo Carrera intake. steering wheel and other parts included.
