On February 4 th. 1970 this Chevrolet Nova was purchased in San Antonio TX. The original window sticker and the Protecto Plate of the car that comes with it lists all of the original factory options including a Black Cherry exterior. Sandalwood interior. soft ray tinted glass. Strato bucket seats. Center Console. 2 Bolt positraction 3. 55 axle. uncie M-21 transmission. Special instrumentation. AM 8 Track Stereo push button radio with 4 speaker system. evel 2 exterior decor package. 66 rally wheels. and last but certainly not least is the Nova SS 396 equipment. Fast forward 46 years to today and the original owner of this car would be astounded to see how good this car looks. This car is sporting a L-78 396 CID solid lifter. igh compression V 8 With 375 horsepower original from the factory. But dyno testing puts it at more like 425 HP. The only upgrade from original is a Vintage Pioneer Super Tuner Stereo with 4 Infinity speakers.

This is a rust free solid car not something pieced together from scrap. I was very lucky to find such a nice example.
The paint is show quality flawless. Engine and Trans are tight and strong. Car drives tight and straight. All the hard to get expensive parts are here. Deep groove pulleys. blade fan. 37 alternator big block radiator support and the holy grail L 78 only throttle cable bracket. And none of it is reproduction.
