This truly is an amazing condition rust free FJ 40. It's not restored. just repainted and parts replaced. It's a driver. Paint was removed down to the bare steel and no signs of rust or body damage. Straightened out the metal on the small dings and welded up the extra bolt holes to clean it up. Original blue color the color code calls for. Now straighter than factory. Engine is a new Chevy V 8 crate motor. New flywheel. clutch and bearing. Manual 4 x 4 trans. and a locking rearend. Tires are near new. New exhaust. Brakes rebuilt. honed cylinders. new shoes and master cylinder. New u-joints. 4 new shocks. New rubber bushings. Original paint still visible on the underside of body. All new weather seals inside including top seal. door seals and inside door window channels. Doors close tight. New headliner. seat covers. dash cover and shifter boots. New windshield and gasket. Dash gauges work. New gas sending unit. electric pump and rubber lines. Full rollcage. Front signals removed from fenders and inside custom headlights. Custom bumpers and swing open rack and tire carrier. Goes on and on.
