This car has been subjected to a total chassis renovation. having been found stored in a barn for about 20 years.  The body was removed and all rusty sections of the chassis were cut out and replaced with new. and coated with black epoxy mastic. so the chassis is now like new and should give many years service.
The bodywork was also renovated with all rusty wings renewed.  
The engine is believed to be a genuine 43518 miles at this present time and runs really well.  It has been fully serviced and tuned and coolant/anti-freeze mix replaced together with a new thermostat.  The original engine cooling fan and cowling has been replaced by a Kenlowe electric cooling fan. but the original fan and cowling will go with the car.
The interior is in excellent condition. with no rips or tears anywhere.  The paintwork is not original however and although it looks good. close up inspection shows it could benefit with another coat.
The car has had four new tyres fitted less than 200 miles ago.  She is taxed until end February 2014 and the MoT is due early March 2014.
All in all. an excellent example of this classic car which will give many years enjoyable service and should appreciate in value.
This car has been advertised elsewhere and we reserve the option to withdraw it from sale should it sell elsewhere.
