1966 Split Screen Camper.  My Partner and I have had this for three years.  Bought as a project and has had a huge amount of work.  Thousands spent.  As a result. it is mechanically sound. MoT'd until 2014. in good condition and ready for personalisation.

Here is some of the work carried out over the past couple of years:

Mechanical / Electrical

Fully wax oiled and under sealed. New Battery and HT Leads. Entire braking system replaced including brake pipes. master cylinder and brake cylinders. New starter motor. heater exchange pipes. new air filter. carburettor rebuild. fuel lines replaced. door seals replaced. new tyres. gas shocks fitted on rear. (new front shocks provided with sale). Original stock 1600 engine serviced this year. 12V electric conversion. Electrical over haul by auto electrician. split charge relay fitted. 12V cigarette lighter socket fitted on dash. radio aerial fitted. second fuse box fitted for dash items. Oil Pressure and Battery Volts Gauge fitted in overhead panel.  Bosch Blue Coil fitted. Petronics electronic ignition system fitted to replace original points type.  New wheel bearings on front.

Cosmetic

Jail Bars added. Door handles interior and exterior replaced. All interior panels stripped back. rust proofed and fully insulated. New interior panels fitted and upholstered. New roof lining fitted. Cargo area floor fitted. interior cargo area re-sprayed.

Loads of man hours and money spent so nothing serious for you to have to spend.  All it needs is some personalisation to make it yours.  It is ready to drive away today.
