1940 Ford Deluxe Convertible

This 1940 Ford is all steel rolling chassis.  I bought this car a couple of years ago on eBay and I just do not have the time for it I have too many Hotrod projects to complete and just not enough time.   I would like to retire in a couple of years.   As advertised to me it has floors and firewall made by Direct Sheet Metal.   I have clear title but not in my name.   It comes with bins filled with a lot of hard to find used parts such as window frames. top mechanisms and hold downs. window and lock mechanisms. moldings; just too many too list here.   Also. some new parts that were purchased by me.   It has a good solid body and fenders.   The body and fenders has lots of surface rust and age pitting.   Both rear fenders at the lower ends have splits about one inch long or less at the bottoms as shown in the photos that needs brazing.   I don't know much about the chassis other than it has surface rust from what I can see of it and seems very solid.   This is a very solid car perfect for restoration.
