This is a great example of the bulletproof 996 Turbo. The Turbos of this era are an excellent combination of luxury and performance at an affordable price point. This is a first year 2001 model with the Tiptronic transmission. The car has been well maintained and despite the higher mileage. is a beautiful driver. It is originally an Artic Silver car that was re-painted with a similar silver with some much higher levels of metallic. The car has never been in an accident and has a clean Carfax. The interior has some visible wear but is still in great condition. The seats are in very good shape with minimal wear and no tears. The dash has some slight sun damage shown in the photos. All of the electronics work just fine. It has the stock radio with the factory sound controller. The rear spoiler goes up and down just fine but sometimes throws a spoiler code while driving. The Micro switch most likely needs repair. The car comes with an owners manual. tools. jack. spare tire. and one key. The car is mainly stock with the exception of a few items. It has been lowered on Techart springs and has a decent set of 19 inch Kinesis wheels that have minor curb rash. There are brand new 315 tires on the rear and very fresh tires up front. All of the lights work and are great condition. The glass is all free of cracks but there are the usual minor rock chips in the windshield. The engine is very strong and has a K&N air cleaner and headers. Previous owner had the turbos rebuilt and the coil packs replaced. The brakes are fresh and have lots of life left in them. The transmission shifts up and down with no issues and the Tiptronic controls work just fine. This truly is a great car that would make an excellent driver for someone. These 996 Turbos are strong cars and are extremely reliable. Please let me know any questions that you may have and please look at the additional photos.
