Up for auction is a very rare and special vehicle. This 1979 CJ5 Golden Eagle is a fully numbers matching. all completely rust free. restored beauty. This jeep's full and complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration was preformed by none other than Butch Wyrick of "Premium Jeep" Mr. Wyrick having been in the auto body business for more than 30 years with many of those completing 2-3 Jeeps per year. this was his best and last. Butch used his personal southern. 60k original mileage and original "Golden Eagle" he had owned personally and been storing for over 20 years.
The restoration included all mechanical. electrical. body and interior made to a standard no new CJ5 would have ever seen. The very desirable combo of the 304 V8 and T-150 3 speed have both been totally rebuilt including top end. cam. pistons. rings carb and all new accessories and is of course fully detailed. The paint is showroom new both on top and on the underside with the frame. axles etc.  receiving the same treatment. All new dual exhaust makes this jeep sound as good as it looks. The interior is beautiful and in mint condition and also is very comfortable with all the gauges. lights and other electrical items functioning as new.  
Includes a new Bestop top and soft doors but top off is certainly the best way to show off this incredible machine. I personally do not believe a more original. finer example of a true rust free. numbers matching and detailed jeep exists. It is a true joy to drive and captures attention and adoration everywhere it goes. A sure fire investment and hoot to enjoy!
