1963 Mercury S 55 Convertible.
Extremely rare convertible. one of 1300 made and an excellent restored example with a believed genuine 55. oo miles with lots of history. old MOT''s and extensive photo restoration.
Bare metal re-spray. all new chrome. engine out. detailed bay. new hood. brakes. tyres. carpets. exhaust. New MOT. original buff logbook. Finished in Carnival Red with all original seats and door cards in excellent condition. The car was supplied by Simpsons of Wembley and in 1966 changed hands to Mr John Phillips. father of Ray Phillips of the Nashville Teens 60 s pop group. who had hits both sides of the Atlantic with ''Tobacco Road''.
I have contacted Ray who has confirmed it was the very car and that it was owned for 30 years.
We have spent 2 years restoring this car to its former glory and must be a very rare car in the UK. Part Exchange Possible. will have new MOT. must be seen!! REDUCED TO £ 19995!
