1978 Toyota LandCruiser BJ40 3B Diesel 4 Spd Manual A/C SWB Hard to Find FJ40 for sale

This original BJ40 is an excellent opportunity to purchase a hard to find SWB Diesel model LandCruiser in great running condition. this particular example retains the majority of its original paint (Dune Beige) with some repairs and replacement panels (front doors and RHR barn door) over time. it features factory A/C along with its original excellent running 3B series diesel engine (new starter motor installed 6 months ago) and a 4 spd manual transmission with transfer case. The gearbox and 4x4 system is in great working condition and features Genuine WARN locking Hubs on the front axle's. it has drum brakes all round fitted with a set of Genuine 15x7 ROH Sunraysia wheels.
The interior is mostly original including its genuine Toyota front seat belts and tilt front seat. It has had an internal roof shelf installed that houses a CB radio. The body has some minor rust issues compared to most LandCruiser's with the chassis being rust free. the cabin floors are rust free. There is some minor rust as shown in the pictures. This LandCruiser was last registered in 2002 but it could be a easy restoration project for any enthusiast.
