1987 Porsche 944 for sale

I purchased this 944 Turbo approximately 6 months ago from Windy City Motorsports with the intention of building a widebody street and track car. Shortly after purchasing it. I bought a Porsche Carrera Gt. and have since not had the time. nor really the desire to continue with the project. I've only driven the car on a few occasions. having maybe put 150 miles on it since I got it.

I'm including all the information and pictures originally supplied to me by the dealer. Included in the pictures is the description of the modifications. prior work performed etc. From my limited time with the this car. it has the makings of a great street and track car. but it really needs someone who knows what they are doing to fine tune everything. The car runs and drives. pulls strong under boost. but I noticed that sometimes there is a hesitation before you get underway. The race clutch grabs immediately. the transmission shifts smooth. The steering seems to have some play in it. The idle seems lumpy as well. although the dealer had mentioned the car has a cam in it. The emergency brake also needs adjusting. Overall the paint is better than most 944 s that I've seen ( I think its been repainted) . The interior is in decent shape for a car this age. but as noted in the pictures the seats do have some tears. and the dash has the usual cracks.

Car has owners manual. and a folder full of maintenance records.
I can try and answer any questions you may have. Properly sorted this car will make someone very happy. When I bought it. I paid $13. 00 for it. Will assist with shipping if buyer needs.

Car is registered and titled in AZ. but currently at my home in Southern California.
