1972 Chevrolet Blazer for sale
Current customer rating:
1972 Chevrolet K 5 Blazer I have owned this Blazer since 2009.
It's been restored and is a driver. not a show car but a very nice solid blazer.
Engine and Transmission has been rebuilt and both have about 2500-3000 miles on them. The engine code that is currently in the blazer says its for a '78 Z 28.
The engine has a light cam and sounds good but it's not a hot rod.
The transmission is not original but I have the original transmission and transfer case and will come with the sale. 4 WD worked until last summer. then something happed. don't know what.
The only things that don't work is the washer fluid. the gas gauge (has a new sending unit and it worked in the first 1000 miles of the rebuild). and horn.
(I think the horn has to be grounded).
If the original parts could be used we repaired them and used them. if not we replaced the parts using LMC.
I spend about $25-$30 K on this Blazer in restoring it.
The underneath is rino lined. the inside of the truck has been rino lined as the same color of the truck.
Comes with 2 tops.
Both tops need to be restored but are solid and very restorable.
The grey top has all the hardware for the rear hatch the white top does not.
Also have a lot of spare parts to go with it. such as original rims. a repop passenger door. an OEM GM truck door. the original hood. original transmission and transfer case. and several boxes of spare parts.
Truck does not have the top on it and I would not put the top on it until the top is restored.
