Morris Mini Deluxe Mk1 Saloon

 

Shell completely rebuilt including new. front panel. front wings. left and right A planels. lower rear quarters. boot hinge. valance. door skins. bonnet. floor sections. Fully re-sprayed in Old English white after the shell was totally stripped to allow the re-spray to be seamless. The floor has been fully rust treated and undersealed.

 

The engine and gearbox were removed and checked for wear. The milage was unconfirmed but the car had been not used for many years and was in good working order when removed. The engine and gearbox needed no repairs and drives well. and has been converted to unleaded. The engine has been repainted in original green.

 

On re-assembly we used new glass rubbers and all other seals were renewed as assembly took place. The original interior was in great condition. only needed small amount of cleaning. new carpets and underlay were fitted.

 

The rest of the new parts fitted as new are as follows

 

Wiring loom. front and rear suspension. bushes. 4 shock absorbers. new brakes including master cylinder and bias valve. cooling system and radiator. headlining. any other parts that needed replacing and that could be bought new have been.

 

Photos of the entire build will be sold with the car in a photo album. These can be sent across via email if wanted.

 

This car has Fully restored to completely original condition where possible. the engine bay is absolutely spotless as you can see in the pictures.
