1966 Rover P 5 coupe. 3-litre six. RWD. 4-speed manual w/overdrive gearbox. I've owned this a few years and had intended to fully restore it. but sadly that's not now going to happen.
Condition-wise - well. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The body is pretty straight. the rear bumper is kinda twisted and it's obviously had the passenger front fender worked on in the past. The floor pans and trunk floor are remarkably solid. although the exhaust needs replacing in its entirety. The seats aren't great i do also have the missing door trims. they're just not installed.
It does start and run. albeit somewhat unwillingly at first - I had the head taken off and pressure tested a couple of years ago. with no problems reported. It's remarkably smooth.

What it doesn't do is stop - the park brake works just fine. but the actual brakes don't work. I believe the servo is bad.
The main reason I haven't progressed further with it is that it needs engine work - once it's warm it burns oil like crazy. These engines always did burn oil. but this one puts out a particularly effective smokescreen once it's been running for a minute or two.

Clear WA title. Sold as-is. where-is. with no reserve. More than happy to help load the car. but please don't think you can drive it home.
