Body: All steel 1942 Coupe; nosed. decked. shaved. suicide doors. hidden hinges. frenched license plate and antenna. widened rear fenders. center portion of firewall. seat and rear package shelf all set back four inches; 1942 year of manufacture license plate; power antenna and gas filler door. remote power windows. 4 coats DP primer. door jambs and sills and the underside of the deck lid and hood are painted gloss black as is the cowl. Electric windows. deck lid and gas filler door all have mechanical cable fail safe in case of electric failure; polished aluminum steering column with four spoke steering wheel; electronic turn signals. I have the stainless trim for the sides of the car and it will go with the car.

Interior: Wood grained window garnish mouldings; engine turned gauge panel; Mooneyes gauges; AM/FM/CD. four speaker system; Vintage Air trunk mount AC (not fully plumbed); B&M Quicksilver shifter; black Ultra Hyde and orange corduroy upholstery in original Willys pattern; stock seat.

Chassis: Willys frame fully boxed and with added crossmembers; Mustang II front clip; 4 link rear with coilovers; 4 wheel power disc brakes; adjustable proportioning valve; PS; power brake booster is hydraulic and under the floor with remote reservoir; once frame was completed it was hot dipped galvanized to protect it and relieve stresses.

Engine: Chrysler 392 hemi bored . 030 over; balanced. blueprinted. ported and polished; crank nitrided and turned . 010. . 010; block and heads O ringed; Isky roller cam. solid lifters. stock adjustable rocker arms; NASCAR 440 steel rods; small hi torque starter: GMC 671 blower with 2” blower drive; custom headers using 2” tubes and 3” exhaust with Flow Master mufflers; MSD ignition with small block Chrysler distributor; two 780 Holleys; big Mallory high volume electric fuel pump; Keith Black fuel pressure regulator; custom fuel tank. about 15 gallons; 140 Amp alternator; Optima battery in the trunk.

Hemi Torqueflite transmission; Ford 9” rear with 3. 0:1 gears. open differential.

19”x26” 4 core 2 pass radiator with two 11” puller fans with shroud; and large capacity coolant recovery tank.

Known issues: Passenger door window track needs to be realigned; fuel gauge needs to be calibrated; Plumbing of AC coolant lines and heater hoses needs to be completed; windshield wiper linkage from motor to wiper arm transmissions needs to be designed and installed; glove box needs to be installed once wiper linkage is completed; oil pressure gauge and/or sending unit needs to be replaced. good mechanical gauge is mounted under the hood; car does tend to run hot on a 100 degree day. in stop and go traffic it will get up to 230/235; get it out on the freeway on that same day and it will get to 200/210.
