A UK market RHD car
Originally registered in Bournemouth with an original Bournemouth "RU" registration number
This car has been in my possession for 10 years
Over the last three years it has undergone a nut and bolt restoration
No expense has been spared to make this one of. if not the. / best example in the UK
I have invoices totalling over £60. 00 spent on the car
I am selling part of my collection of Classic cars for genuine reasons.
As these pictures show. the car has had a bare metal repaint of the highest possible quality
The interior has been completely retrimmed by a craftsman
The Spoked wheels have been rebuilt
and colour coded to the car
And a new hood has been fitted
Even the Dials have been refurbished
Fully rebuilt Engine with high compression pistons. new con rods.
Alloy fast road Head (unleaded fuel) and high lift camshaft
All fully balanced with a lightened Flywheel
The Big bore Exhaust sounds great !
It was supplied by Denis Welch
Here you can see the fully reconditioned Gearbox and Overdrive
and rear Axle
The car has new Independant Suspension
with uprated Anti-roll bar and new bushes throughout
Every part down to the nuts and bolts have been refurbished or renewed as required
Consequently the car now drives every bit as well as it looks
I have owned Healeys for over 25 years and can say for certain that there are only a handfull of them in existance that compare to this one.
