Fresh Bronze Green paint with Alaska White roof and wheels over excellent black vinyl.
This 1973 model has the rare "four eye" nose. with the traditional Series IIA (inboard) headlamps and also the factory-retrofitted later Series III (outboard) headlamps.
This was a "quick fix" to satisfy changing European headlamp laws for 1973. and it's rare to find one that has not been subsequently converted to either SIIA or SIII lamps only.
It also benefits from some light Series III upgrades. including door hinges and wiper motors.
Cosmetically and mechanically freshened throughout.
Entirely rust free with correct black painted chassis.
New tires and tubes.
All lights and gauges work as they should. and it has passed both the stringent Spanish national safety inspection and the Virginia State safety inspection within the past six months.
The tried and true 2. 25 L Land Rover diesel starts easily with just a puff of smoke and does not smoke at idle or underway.
Transmission and transfer case shift perfectly and clutch and brakes are strong with no noise or other issues.
A wonderful Land Rover in excellent condition throughout. which is ready to be used daily without issue.
