1963 Volkswagen Beetle Classic Cabriolet

It features 1641CC engine. it has less than a 100 miles on it. Floor pan was restored from a later model pan. This car has new 17" Porsche 911 wheels polished aluminum and 4 way disc brakes. Porsche 5 lug pattern. It has West Coast 4" narrowed front axle with all new components. The transmission is late model stock; it's in the great shape but not new like the engine. All mounts have been replaced with urethane. The performance engine out the back is clean and well detailed and kept to a serious. no flaws bullet proof look and minimal bling. Top was restored about 10 years ago and everything was replaced. and rebuilt all bows. pads. headliner. and canvas skin. Still looks great. but starting to show some wear in places. Top doesn't have chrome around rear glass. cal look style. All window glasses are original but the windshield which has a crack in the corner of it. This car has a rust free body and was completely stripped to the metal. PPG products were used during this restoration. The Body is almost perfect with only one small place on the left rear fender. This car hasn't been driven very much since it was put back together. The body paint work is super slick and straight. All rubber seals have been replaced; also all new German trim and parts were used. Interior has custom made vintage look door panels and new carpet. Seats frames have been sand blasted. painted. but still in the shop to be recovered. They will be done upon delivery with two tone that match vintage door panels. All electrical items were restored and work properly. Car has restored speedometer and steering wheel. I have all the original sales books. salesman's card. hand book. owner's manual. service records from 1963. and it's all in the original dealership booklet.
