1974 VOLKSWAGEN KARMANN GHIA RED LHD Californian Import for sale

 Hi for sale is my lovely Californian imported Karmann Ghia.

The car is in good condition. no welding required very strong body and chassis.

The Ghia is in lovely condition but is not immaculate. but it wouldn't take much to make it perfect.

This is one of the last Karmann ghia to be made. it actually only has 2 seats. the rear seats were never fitted due to American regulations in 1974.

The ghia runs and drives really well. the engine was rebuilt about 3 years ago by Funkenblitz and is running twin Weber ICT carbs.

MOT till April 2014 just passed todat and Tax till September.

Wood steering wheel does not come with car. will refit the original VW item. I also have the original wheels for the car and will supply those with the car at no extra cost.

I dont mind selling the car without the alloys for £200 less.

Original Shipping papers come with cars.

The areas that I feel need a little attention.

Clock not working
Dash has crack covered with  dash matt
Rear deck lid has a few cracks in paint work.
Carpet set a bit tired
Seats could do with recovering. I have a lovely set of covers that can come with the car for extra money. I also have a set of rear seats that will come with the car. if buyer wants to fit them.
