Up for sale is my wife's beloved 1971 Volkswagen superbug 1600.

This car was purchased 5 years ago from a young girl and my wife used this car as a daily driver for the past 5 years to get to and from Uni. This car is still used as a daily driver and we are both sad to see her go but are expecting a baby late November therefore the time has come to sell. This car has been well kept over the years that we have owned it and has never broken down or had any major mechanical fault. We will be selling the car unregistered as there are a few problems to attend to gain a roadworthy certificate.

- A crack in the windscreen. handbrake needs a new cable and we were told at the last service that the rear brakes will need replacing. The car will also need a new seal around the sunroof (although this will not affect the roadworthy).

The car's paint is in fantastic condition for its age and there is some rust (Which I have tried to show in the pictures). but this is to be expected in a 42 year old car. The interior is in good condition. with the seats having car seats on them since we have owned them. The roof lining is of fair condition.

This car is in original condition and with some money spent on it. make it look even better than it currently is.
