Beautiful and Original and Ambassador 'Cross Country' Wagon. Time-Warp original Condition I have been told by Rambler officionados that it is the only 'Cross Country' wagon of this year in Australia. Original 327 V 8 motor. Was originally 4 barrel Hi Po but now with Holley 2 barrel carby.
Professionally tuned and runs beautifully. Good Power Brakes Power Steering. New Battery Original interior in very good condition. Originally had a dickey seat in rear footwell to seat 7 people. Original Front Bucket seats. Original Chrome Roof Racks in excellent condition All Bumpers and Chromework is excellent. Rear Door is huge with electric tailgate window. COMES WITH WORKSHOP MANUAL AND ORIGINAL OWNERS MANUALAlways kept garaged under soft cloth covers in my ownership
Drives beautifully. PERFECT CRUISING MACHINE or put the Surfboards on and head for the beach. Never fails to get looks when I used on permit. I got a permit and drove it over 100 k's home in rush hour traffic - no dramas whatsoever. I had people stop and toot the horn at the sight of this vehicle and one person asked me for my details re selling it!!Crying out to be used on either Historic rego or full rego.
Original Metallic green paint. Few minor paint blemishes on Bonnet and Wiper panel in Primer but does ot detract from the visual delight of this vehicle. New tyres on chromies with a COMPLETE SET of spare chromite she with good rubber!New exhaust system with Side exhausts - JUST BEAUTIFUL and AWESOME V 8 BURBLE - not muted like so many modern ones.
