Imported in 2013 from California - import approval documentation included. Interior is in fantastic original condition. no wear or tear. Accessories include original radio. exterior sun visor. clock. bonnet ornament. traffic light viewer. number plate surrounds. peek side mirrors. Straight body with smooth lines. 1955 Chevrolet 3. 5 inline 6 cyl bulletproof “Blue Flame” engine. To say this car turns heads is an understatement.
Documented work over the past year: Full exterior respray by professional paint shop completed July 2016 Re-chromed front + rear bumpers New fog lights New water pump New professionally fitted headliner Brake master cylinder re-build New door + boot rubbers x 4 New hubcaps x 4 new tyres New fuel pump Fuel tank level float New bonnet springs New steering bush
Very rare car with lots of work and money spent to keep it running in fantastic original condition. Original apart from red headliner. red steering wheel and red wheels. Starts. runs and drives very well.
Downsides: Bonnet needs to be re-aligned (hence protective rubber in side of bonnet) Driver's door needs to be re-aligned Leaf springs are worn White walls need to be re-done Horn ring is missing from steering wheel
