This is a beautiful 1966 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Holiday Coupe that I've spend the last few years working on. Want to start a new project. but need to sell this one first to fund it.

Ultra High Compression 425 with 4 barrel Edelbrock 750 performer series carburetor. Original engine was rebuilt with Engle cam. valve springs and lifters from Mondello Twister. pistons from Egge. MSD 6AL ignition with Mallory electronic distributor conversion. Aluminum radiator. TH400 transmission with variable pitch torque converter. Complete new custom interior with bucket seats and custom built console which houses Autometer gauges. Tach. oil pressure. voltage and coolant temp. Also houses 2 - 12volt outlets. 6. 5" component speakers & tweeters with crossovers and stereo head unit. Head unit is a Kenwood 6 channel with ipod connectivity through 1/4 inch jack or USB. Console storage compartment under armrest. Custom package tray with 2 more 6. 5 component speakers with tweeters and crossovers. Trunk is all custom carpet panels housing 2 - 12" 1500 watt subwoofers and driven by a 1600 watt mono amp and 1200 watt 4 channel component amp which are hidden behind the easily removable front trunk panel. All speakers. subs and amps are DB Drive and powered by an Optima yellow top battery backed by a 140 amp alternator.
It has Coy's Wheels 20" rear and 18" front. The complete build has less than 3. 00 miles on it. It has been lowered but still rides surprisingly well. I lowered it by simply changing the springs to a lighter spring. Nothing else was changed. cut or otherwise modified. Even the shocks are stock replacements. It has an all new front end rebuild with new ball joints & tie rod ends and all poly-graphite bushings in the control arms. sway bar brackets and end links as well as a recent alignment.

The only unfinished part of this project is the AC system. I have a brand new condenser and Sanden style compressor on the car and a brand new receiver/drier in the box. All it needs is someone to plumb and charge the system. I have the original plumbing. but it's likely not going to work with the late model compressor. AC is one part of automotive that I'm not terribly familiar with.

It's not a "show car". it's a driver. but a very. very nice driver. I've restored a few cars. but this one turns the most heads by far. Even though its a driver car. I do show it and I have won several trophies with it. almost always winning at least a "Best in Class".

I also have this for sale locally and will pull the listing if it sells.

I have the ability to deliver within a reasonable distance.   Message me with your location and we can figure out if arrangements from there.

I can't think of anything else that I may not have mentioned. so just shoot me an email if you have any further questions about it.

Thanks for looking!

Will trade for a nice SUV with third row seat. Chevy Traverse. Tahoe. ford explorer. Nissan pathfinder. Honda pilot. Kia sorento. etc. must be clean with less than 100k miles.

LOVE your car... Could you tell me the paint color? We are restoring a 1970 VG Valiant (Australia) similar to a dodge Dart and came across your pictures. Color is fantastic and will suit our car perfectly...
