1985 Toyota Land Cruiser for sale
Current customer rating:
Originally a New Mexico truck.
Been in Canada for 4 years. Vehicle is registered in Iqaluit. Nunavut BUT IS LOCATED in Windsor. Ontario Just across the border from Detroit. MI. Vehicle has been stored for 40 of the last 44 months. I pull it out for one summer month per year and put between 500 and 1000 miles on her depending on what my vacation plans are. Professionally painted three years ago and corrosion protection was added on the rockers before painting. Cruiser is a solid rust free frame and body. Frame I also extra protected with a product I can't remember the name of right now. Has a radio but I'm in the process of relocating it to the Tuffy console compartment for extra security. Trucks runs "typical Landcruiser great. " I would discuss driving the Cruiser to a buyer depending on their geographical location. Fuel and a plane ticket back to Detroit would be the buyer's responsibility in that situation. I love road tripping her so no problem there. Other upgrades are as follows:Man A Fre 5" shackle reverse lift with Old Man Emu shocks U Bolt flip kit ARB Bush Bumper with 7000 Mile Marker Winch Black Tuffy Console - Dash painted to match Wagon gear tailgat lid - still needs the rear cargo sides to match Dynomax Superlite in the rear quarters and doors - wow what a difference BF Goodrich 33" x 10. 5 pizza cutters on original rims - additional matching spare Front slotted rotors for quicker braking Inner seals done front and back
AC did work when I bought it but stopped and here in Canada I wasn't too concerned about getting going again. Has had a small coolant drip that started in California approximately 4000 miles ago but my plan to fix that was the "final DIESEL solution" but my job deployments seem to keep me away for too long and it doesn't seem to be changing in the next two years so I've got the old girl for sale to see if some other Cruiserhead wants to enjoy her. I had her advertised on MUD a few times but I had two guys back out at the last minute.
So here I am. Thanks.
