A fully Restored 1948 Lincoln Roadster

100% Original Survivor with V-12 Original Engine

Maybe around 35 known to exist /Not Many in this condition

In 1975 The Lincoln was purchased from a Older Couple for $7200. 00. A premium was paid for this Car for it was 100% Original and the body was all Original with no Rust. Over a 10 year Period a Complete Documented Restoration was Performed That Cost Close to $18. 00. 00 with all Original Parts. There is a Folder that contains Receipts as well as a Original Build Sheet and History of the car from the Henry Ford Museum in Greenfield Village. After the Restoration the Lincoln Spent Most of its Time At Car Shows which it Won Many Awards. In 1995 the Lincoln was put into Dry Storage with The Gas Tank Drained and Oil squirted into the Cylinders. It was Stored on Jacks Covered Securely in A Climate Controlled Building.
After I acquired the Lincoln a Lighter Restoration Was Performed to Bring her back to be a Beautiful Roadster. A New Original Fuel Pump was installed The Coil was Reconditioned with new brushes The water pumps were rebuilt Fresh Oil was added as well as Coolant The Firewall Motor was rebuilt for the Power Top and Windows Fresh Gas was added and the Ignition system was reconditioned Brakes were reconditioned as well as the clutch Now the Lincoln Runs Great and Shifts smoothly. Seafoam has been added to gas to continue to clean the fuel system and carburetor

Carpets will need to be replaced-- carpet kit ordered and will be installed for the winning bidder The Paint looks good but there is some checking in areas-- 10 footer In the Trunk the Hinge on the wooden Door needs to be replaced
