1990 British Racing Green RSP. 1 of 1050 made to re-launch the Mini Cooper. 1275 engine (carb not injected)

Had a full overhaul 18 months ago - including fantastic paint in original colours.   Pretty much everything on the outside of the car is new. £7000 spent 18 months ago.

Original Philips radio. 5x Alloys professionally re-furbed & 5x new tyres. Full luxury carpet by Ashley James with stitched edging (not a cheap set!)

Last year it did the London to Brighton. and then stayed in the heated garage until the London to Brighton this year! Just had a fresh MOT (no advisories) and 6 months tax.

I recently bought this car from down south (surrey) and drove it home 320 miles. what a beauty cruising at 70-80 mph without a problem.   My RAC cover for the car has no claims. I would be happy to pass this cover to the new owner as my cover is for this car and any driver. (roadside recovery. ome start and Recovery for you and 7 passengers to any destination in the UK)

I was advised by the previous owner if he was being really picky he would have the drivers side wheel bearing replaced. but apart from that everything else is fine with the running of the car.

I have since had it down the garage for a health check to ensure everything is OK as getting under the hood is not really my strong point…  I have had the wheel bearing replaced as my mechanic said he would pass it on a MOT but mark it as an advisory….    I have also ensured the underneath of the car is fully protected against any weathering and had extra wax oil applied.   I have proof of a receipt for this work carried out. and will come with paperwork.

The car is in immaculate condition for a 23 year old car and I'm torn with storing the car as an investment or selling it on.  the reason for the fast sale is that I'm unhappy keeping a car that my wife will not drive. I bought this car for us both to use and enjoy and It doesn't appear to be her cup of tea !

Therefore I want to advertise the car to recoup what I have paid for her otherwise I will store her for a future investment.

The car is beautiful and it comes with history and original Rover replacement log book. It has all the original RSP features from the wheels to the radio.    If you are looking for an everyday car or just a sound future investment then look no further. first to see I'm sure will buy.   The car is completely rust free from the previous owner spending £7000 on the body work. and the engine has plenty life in her proven from the 320 mile drive home !

I really am torn about keeping her and letting her go but open to very close offers £6. 00

I believe there is only 96 registered Mini RSP's on the road out of 1050 UK models made and this little beauty is number 636 !
