Alvis 4. 3 litre Tourer. EML 461 . 1936 . Cream and Maroon. Totally rebuilt in mid 1990's with new Tourer body by Comptons of Welshpool. The engine has recently been fully re-conditioned including new white metal main bearings. new big end bearings re-ground crank. pressure tested block and cylinder head. re-bored 20 thou. oversize. new pistons and valve guides . valves re-seated. new push rods . re-con water pump. dynamo and starter motor. New clutch . Back axle re-built with new crown wheel and pinion. The car is still running in. Full weather equipment . hood. side screens and tonneau cover.
