Hi up for grabs is our  genuine 61 vw cabriolet  american import . the body was in good condition to start with . the heater channels inner wings front valence and spare wheel well are all original and perfect. The doors are excellent . we had a local vw specialist remove the body from the floor pan then he welded in quality new floopans from karmann konnection and new cabrio only strenghtheners. he also welded new os lower quarter panel  and ns qaurter panel that cost 1400 and the panels cost about 400. We then payed to have a body specialist to fit all the doors . ings and deck lid check and set all the gaps then finish the panels straight as an arrow ready for paint. The inner arches have all been prepped and undercoated you can sea all the factory spotwelds . the car cost 3000 to buy before we even started . not going to give it away as early cabs rare but house project is why we  are listing it. The floorpan is from a 64 but this didnt bother us as we have the title and the cab is a genuine 61 it comes with all wings cabrio decklid mint as well hood mechanism . tank . the car is not totally complete there is no front or rear screen or canvas hood  or interior panels . do have front and rear seats  steering column engine . earbox and complete front axle. also have window winders and all side windows and chrome surround . also popes nose for decklid. please call for more info or to come and view
