1966 Sunbeam Alpine series 5 Alpine for sale
Current customer rating:
1966 Sunbeam Alpine set up for vintage racing or street cruising.
This car has spent some time on the track.
First off let me say that the car is in Hawaii and most people think it must be all rusty. The truth is it's not all rusty in fact it's pretty clean Well I live on the south side of Hawaii and it is 85 degrees every day. And I have cactus growing in my backyard. Also my toys are all garaged and well cared for.
Anyways the car does have a few spots on the body that could use some minor attention and a few spots that have been repaired already Remember this is a vintage racer not a custom show car.
It's motor was rebuilt about 15000 miles ago and has . 020 on the cam.
And . 040 on the pistons.
Brand new clutch and slave.
Panasport 14 inch wheels with brand new 0 miles on the tires.
The rear wheels are 14/7 with 205's. and the fronts are 14/6 with 195's brand new ready to race tires .
The suspension is new and tight.
The car tracks perfectly straight and is a blast to drive. It's putting out approx 115 to 120 HP.
It has the stock manifold that goes into a dual exhaust with H pipe crossover.
It sounds really good.
Has roll bar . harness attachment point. optima red top battery. braided clutch line.
All the gauges and lights work.
Like I said before it's not a perfect show quality custom but it is a really tight running quick handling series 5.
I can help with your shipping needs. And to get it to port of Long Beach . San Diego or Washington will be approximately $1200. 00 comes with a really clean factory hardtop.
The hardtop has all plexiglass windows.
The front windshield is brand new as well as all rubber pieces. Any questions just ask .
The reason I'm selling this cool little Alpine is I just have to many projects.
I just picked up a real nice TIGER MK 1 A . don't let the fact that the car is in Hawaii be a factor. It's closer to the mainland than the distance between east and west coast.
I ship worldwide often and is really no big deal to get the car to you. If you want an Alpine to take to the track this may be the one for you.
Clear title and current registration in my name.
Aloha and thanks for looking
