1965 Replica/Kit Makes Shelby Cobra 427 AC Cobra

I am selling my 1965 Shelby Cobra replica that was built in 2010 by Pacific Roadsters in Salem Oregon. The car has just over 5. 00 original miles and runs like a champ. The car is exceptionally clean as you can see from the photos and is priced to sell.  

I have the title in hand. it's a clean title and the car is registered as a 1965 Shelby Cobra in California. The car also has a heritage 60's plate that reads "MY KOBRA".

One very unique aspect to the Pacific Roadsters is the fact that the body is specially engineered to allow taller and/or wider drivers to fit comfortably. I bought this car because I am 6'4" tall and did not fit in any of the other kits. I fit very comfortably in this car and I look through the center of the windshield unlike most of the other kits. If you are tall. this is the car for you.  

This car is equipped with a Windsor 351 Crate Motor. I do not know the specific HP on this motor but I can say that its got more power then this lightweight car needs. Like most Cobras. it doesn't take much to get into trouble driving these things. they drive like nothing else on the road and you have to respect them or they will bite you and this car is no exception to that even with the 351. This car is fun to drive and gets a lot of attention whenever I take it out for a spin. What I love about driving this car is that it's a great cruiser along the beach or downtown. but when you hit the open road you can hammer down and enjoy the HP and sound it makes.

Frame/Chassis

Like the original 427 Cobra. the frame in this kit boasts 4" round steel tube main ladder rails. It employs multiple crossmembers and triangulated bracing for extra strength and stiffness on the 90" wheelbase chassis. The robust steel cowl brace under the dash supports the doors. steering column and windshield. and is bolted to the frame. Is no fiberglass work or drilling or riveting of body panels.  

Suspension

8. 8" Ford Mustang 4-link rear end with adjustable upper control arms and adjustable coilover shocks to provide fine tuning control of the rear suspension. The front-end employs Mustang lower control arms and custom tubular uppers with adjustable coilover shocks.
