Extremely rare 1967 Mercedes 250 SL Pagoda (W 113) - only 5196 units were built.

A limited production. built from December 1966 until January 1968. Original car with an improved version/large engine of 2. 96 cc. 150 horsepower. runs well. four speed auto transmission and brakes are all in working order. good tyres and exhaust etc. "The car runs and drives" - last owner had previously used in America.
Only 90. 00 miles with some service history and original invoices.
It was imported from USA. UK customs duty and VAT have been paid in full. but not registered in UK. All the necessary documents including the copy of the previous US title and bill of sale comes with the car. The buyer apply within DVLA and obtain a new registration 5. please check with DVLA on this matter.

PLEASE NOTE:
Chassis and sills are generally in good condition. original floor panels - but the body has rust in various areas. including hard top. engine bay. four corner of the underneath and part of the boot floor (needs a new panel. Panel is available - price £110). It also has a big dent on the front wing and driver's side door - a spare door comes with it for a replacement. Please see the attached photos for some rust areas. This car requires welding/repairs etc. however. this is an original and complete car runs and drives. it can be restored to former glory.

Also this car has been recognised by Mercedes Benz in the UK and the car has got the right engine number and chassis number and the pair is a match. so many of these cars don't have the original engine. But this one has.
Please note this car needs a lot of money spending on it. I started to strip it down and starting buying a few parts for it then lost interest in carrying on a went out and brought one that was done for £57 k
