Professional conversion with all the weak areas on this iconic e30 modified. strengthened or improved – with bulletproof M3 engine. ready to race.

 

Rust free shell. stripped and lightened. cleaned and wax oiled

Full weld in MSA/FIA cage by Stone Motorsport

Cage out to front struts. into rear beam and modified double lobe diff pick up points

Gusseted to frame. harness bars. nascar door bars

Front strut brace

Strengthening support bars between rear struts

Rear jacking point

Sump guard

Perspex windows all round except front window

Doors and bonnet lightened and both easily removable

Functioning handles in doors – bonnet and boot safety catches/pins

Customised manifold into straight through twin pipes àscorpion backbox – sounds great

Backbox can be easily removed and swapped to shotgun tailpipes which sounds awesome but some tracks don't allow due to noise limitations.

E36 M3 hubs (5 stud) all round with bigger brakes and nearly new pads

E36 M3 front arms. new steering arms. tie rods/ends last year. offset rear bushings

E36 M3 rack and PAS

Front Sub frame strengthened to deal with extra torque

Fresh rear beam and semi trailing arms from E36 compact

Fully polybushed (AKG)

Semi trailing arms have DTM style bracing

Extra bracing between towers for strength and stability

Diff carrier/boot floor strengthened – double lobe rear diff plate from M3 – tied into cage

Removable plate in rear seat for access/ease of diff change.

Rear suspension enhanced with welded in ribbed type adjustable tabs (from Ireland Engineering in US) - Camber and Toe easily adjusted to one's requirements - geometry professionally setup with laser alignment at beginning of year and refreshed few months ago.

 

Ground Control coilovers all round – height and rebound adjustability – custom set up from US – spring rates specific to car and engine - e30 rear and e36 front - adjustable top mounts.

AC Schnitzer type banded alloys – 17”

Flocked dash with custom clock holders – aluminium with carbon fibre effect

Rev counter. oil pressure and water temp

Radio removed and replaced with custom switch panel
