1957 Dodge Coronet for sale
Current customer rating:
1957 Dodge Coronet Lancer 4 door Hardtop Sedan.
Far from a show car but VERY presentable and extremely reliable. A true heater delete car. shipped new to CA and then to Hawaii until the early 90's. 325-poly V 8 with pushbutton auto trans. Very solid body. floors. etc. A few small patches (WELDED) in trunk and one rocker was "covered" (not sure why). Drive ALL day long. with confidence never runs hot. Has been to WDC almost 10 years straight (never any issues). Perhaps you've seen it (even caught on local TV news-video on Youtube). Working lights. horn. wipers. locking gas cap. AM/FM/CASSETE radio. power antenna. great spare.
I am thinning my collection. Again. if you're looking for a 100 point show car then this car is NOT for you. PERIOD. If. however. you're looking for a reasonable. reliable "driver quality classic" that is usable as is and can be driven (as I have done for 10 years) then I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
Power steering currently not hooked up (because it leaks) brakes need to be bled. BUT WORK JUST FINE. (these late 1950's Dodges feature dual front wheel cylinders-and I made things worse when I tried to bleed them) and steering sleeve needs new $10. 00 grommet (common problem-will explain).
Bring your flashlights & magnets the first person to see it will buy it.
I WILL ANSWER ALL INQUIRIES.
VERY LOW RESERVE.
