I bought this car in a neglected condition in August 2004
The car was a non runner having a faulty transmission (no forward motion ) and seized rear brake callipers. The engine ran but with a very low oil pressure.
The floors and bodywork were remarkably sound but the red paint was faded.
The interior was excellent with the exception of the carpet to the drivers footwell.
The former owner retained the chrome steel wheels with which the car war originally equipped.
2004/2007
A used unit from a similar car replaced the engine and transmission. And the braking system was overhauled. A set of replacement chrome wheels and Pirelli P 4000 s were fitted and the car was repainted in Jaguar Damson Red.
The carpet to the drivers footwell was replaced as was the front bumper (damaged in the workshop).
2010
Automatic transmission slipping. Re-conditioned box fitted Nov 2010
2013
The car is now running and driving well with good oil pressure and looks superb both inside and out
The car is being sold as it is getting too little use. and has been sorned for the past 18 months (too busy with other projects).
It has done minimal milage since its last MOT and will be MOTd when a sale is agreed
