1971 Lincoln Continental for sale

1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III.
Car was built in Wixom. Michigan.
I am the third owner. Original owner bought this car in Idaho.
Was their daily driver until 1985.
They stored the car in a garage until 2014. The second owner purchased the car with plans to restore.
Again the car was stored in a garage until I found the car a couple months ago.
Car runs and drives! Transmission has all 3 forward gears and reverse. Front brakes work well. rear brakes need replaced. Exhaust system needs replaced from the mufflers back. Carburetor has recently been rebuilt. performed a tune up on the engine (plugs. wires. cap. rotor). Changed fluids in the engine. transmission and rear end.
Tires are fair condition.
Some weather cracks in the sidewalls. I have the hub caps and a couple extra. Fuel tank was removed and cleaned out. Replaced some of the fuel lines and all fuel filters.
All glass (Windshield. door glass. rear glass) is in excellent condition.
All chrome on the car is there and in excellent condition. All badging on the car is there and in excellent condition. Trunk is clean and rust free.
Vinyl top needs replaced or removed.
There is some surface rust under the vinyl top. Only major rust on the entire car is on the left and right rear quarter panels. Right side is the worst. is all the way through.
Would need a patch panel of entire quarter replaced.
Left side is only surface rust.
All exterior lights work and lenses are in good condition.
Interior is in good condition.
Front seats are a little weathered but are free of rips or tears. Dash is in excellent condition with no cracks. All gauges work.
Car has factory A/C. Carpet needs to be cleaned but is in otherwise good condition. Both door panels needs some repairs.
All switches are there (door locks. seat controls. window controls) None of the switches work. Antenna switch does not work. All interior lighting works. Rear seat is in good condition overall. there is some tears along the back edge of the rear seat. Headliner is in excellent condition. no tears. staining or damage.
For being 45 years old this is really a nice car.
Would be a great platform to either restore back to factory condition or make a nice street rod out of.
Have a clear title. Car has 34. 59 original miles!
