Here is an amazing opportunity to own this unique 16. 00 miles from new 1981 Mini Estate.

This is a rare and late model Mini Estate. It is a Clubman 1000 HL.

This is not a conversion. its not a van. not a Traveller. It is a factory original 1000 HL Clubman Estate.

The car is very original and all the better for it. The condition is amazing. you wont see many other 35 year old cars looking like this.

It was owned from new by a lady in Surrey and only changed hands once she unfortunately passed. The person that bought the car knew it for many years whilst it was in the original owners hands and bought it simply to keep it out of the hands of a greedy estate agent!

The car has been gently renovated rather than over restored and it looks. feels and drives exactly as you would want such a low mileage example to do so.

After very limited use. especially towards the end of the of original owners time it has had lots of recent work to maintain it in excellent condition and this includes;

All of the above mention welding was carried out and then painted using custom matched aged paint to give the best chance of blending with the original. This was not a full re-spray as keeping as much originality as possible was the main objective.

The interior is immaculate. There is on tiny wear patch on the rear of the drivers seat and a tiny tear in the headlining but its all original and beautiful. The carpets are perfect. The boot area is immaculate and the paint on the inside of the barn doors is lovely. Very rare indeed as you will no doubt know that they are unprotected from items in the boot and as such can suffer easily from damage.

All of the external and internal trim is present and correct. undamaged and looking spot on. The rare factory fitted Clubman specific parts are all in tact. All of the glass is original.

The car is currently running on what would appear to be the original Uniroyal rear tyres! These will be changed as part of the fresh MOT that is included in the sale. I will however keep the original tyres as although they are old they aren't even worn out! It'll be nice just to have them with the car.
